Too much has already been said about the outcome of the 2024 election, so I’ll spare you another burnt-out Black woman’s musings. My total takeaway? America’s made it’s choice, and it’s time to adapt.

Whether it’s healthy or not, I’ve always handled setbacks with tears action, but the winter has historically been a time that I revert to unhealthy habits. Hence, the Winter Arc trend on TikTok inspired me to get my sh*t together.
